Our next tip is to frame your affirmations! Type them out, make a cute design, whatever you’d like. But print that baby out, put it in a pretty frame, and put it somewhere where you’ll see it often. Maybe it’s on your nightstand or dresser, perhaps it’s on your bathroom counter, maybe on your desktop at work, heck, maybe it’s hung on your bathroom wall. No judgment!

The idea is that it’s in a place where you’ll see it often so that it can serve as a reminder. So put some thought into where you want this frame to live.

  1. Set Your Affirmations As Your Phone Background

Another idea is to set your affirmations as your phone background. There are some great, user-friendly design tools you can use to make a pretty background design that features your affirmations.

Think about it; how often do you look at your phone? How often are you checking for notifications? Imagine how often you would be reminded of your affirmations if you took that simple step of setting them as your background!
